Creative View Clacton provide the complete service from an initial ‘free’ consultation to providing a full written quotation including computer generated drawings, illustrations and specification. Once an agreement has been reached on all aspects of the work we will provide a comprehensive contract detailing the full scope of works, specification, design and costs. We are happy for our customers to take as much time as they wish to examine a contract before making a final decision and committing to their new windows, doors, conservatory, orangery or driveway.
Once a contract has been agreed our dynamic and highly motivated installation department will take control of the entire project. They are there to make our customers experience when dealing with Creative View Clacton a pleasant and enjoyable one. Our installation department co-ordinate all of the installation process; keeping you informed every step of the way.
They will arrange for one of our highly qualified technical surveyors to visit you to take accurate dimensions for manufacturing purposes and to confirm the specification and design agreed with our sales team.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER COMPLETING THE INITIAL SURVEY?
After completion of the technical survey our installations team will agree an installation date and keep you informed if there is any movement on that date.
Your will have a single point of contact for any queries you may have and we will be pleased to deal with them promptly and efficiently, our main focus is to ensure you are entirely confident we will provide a first class service backed up by first class products and installation.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE INSTALLATION TEAM ARRIVE?
Once we arrive on site to start the work our highly qualified installation teams will take over, the will complete your project from start to finish in a professional and timely manner.
All our installation teams are very aware that ‘having the builders in’ can be a stressful time for customers and will take every measure possible to make the entire job as stress free as possible.
The installation team will keep noise and disruption to an absolute minimum whilst affording you and your property every courtesy, they will always tidy up after themselves and leave the site clean and tidy at the end of each day.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY NEW PRODUCT HAS BEEN INSTALLED?
Once work has been completed your project manager will visit for a final inspection, they will walk you round the job and if necessary take note of any snags which require attention. Their job is to ensure all work is entirely to both yours and our satisfaction before asking for payment of any outstanding balance.
Once the project has been completed and all balances paid, we will provide you with all necessary paperwork including guarantees, FENSA and/or building regulations certificates relating to your project. It doesn’t end there however as we want to retain a relationship with our customers throughout our long and comprehensive guarantee.
WHAT AFTERCARE SERVICE WILL I GET?
We will always be there for you if you need us, whilst we are confident in all our products and workmanship, it would be disingenuous of us to say nothing ever goes wrong. This is where our highly renowned customer service comes into play.
At Creative View Clacton we fully understand that when you need us to fix, what to us might be a minor issue, to you it can be a major one.
A simple phone call or email to our aftersales department to explain the problem will see our highly skilled and motivated after sales department kick into action.
We will send one of our engineers to investigate the issue and diagnose what the fault might be, if it is covered within our comprehensive guarantee and warranty they will fix it right there and then. If parts are required, they will order them and return to rectify the problem as soon as we get it in stock. If in the unlikely event that any issue isn’t covered by our guarantee they may advise a claim on home or building insurance or provide you with an estimate to rectify it.
